As for the rental they regularly inspected the property and made sure that it was kept in good condition by the tenants and later when we decided to put it on the market we spoke to Sharon and Claire and they advised us as to what needed to be done to make the property more attractive to any prospective buyers. Once on the market the property was sold within 4-6 weeks.
